This role transcends traditional Data Science boundaries, encompassing: Machine Learning

(forecasting, supervised & unsupervised models, feature engineering) LLM Prompting & Fine-Tuning

(advanced embedding models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, agent frameworks) Research & Innovation

(exploring new models, evaluating frameworks, and implementing best practices) Client Collaboration

(helping SMEs refine prompts, integrating AI into applications, and solving domain-specific challenges) You’ll encounter projects across industries, from traditional data science to bleeding-edge AI/ML applications — requiring creativity, innovation, and hands-on production skills. Key Responsibilities

Advanced LLM Solutions:

Engineer, fine-tune, and evaluate large language models, incorporating RAG, knowledge graphs, and LLM-powered workflows. ML Model Development:

Build, train, and deploy models at scale, ensuring performance, cost-efficiency, and production-readiness. Client Engagement:

Partner with stakeholders to design tailored ML/AI solutions aligned with business goals. Research & Best Practices:

Stay current with evolving AI/ML tools and frameworks, ensuring delivery of innovative, scalable solutions. Leadership:

Mentor peers, guide hiring, and contribute as a subject matter expert to AI/ML initiatives. Skills & Qualifications

Degree in Data Science, ML, Statistics, or a quantitative field (Master’s preferred). Strong Python expertise with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Plotly, etc. Proven experience deploying ML models at scale with performance/cost considerations. Hands-on expertise in supervised & unsupervised learning, time series, Bayesian methods, feature engineering, model tuning, boosting/bagging methods. Strong experience in LLM prompt engineering, fine-tuning, agent frameworks, and evaluation. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Docker. Skilled in visualization tools (matplotlib, Dash, Seaborn, etc.). Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Augment Code, Cursor). Business acumen and end-to-end systems approach to product design. Excellent communication, collaboration, and client-facing abilities.
