Responsibilities
Analyze financial data:
Work with structured and unstructured datasets, uncovering insights that improve products and decision-making.
Develop predictive models:
Build and validate statistical and machine learning models to forecast trends, optimize risk, and enhance portfolio performance.
Design scalable solutions:
Create robust pipelines, dashboards, and automated tools that empower teams across the organization.
Collaborate cross-functionally:
Partner with product, engineering, and risk teams to implement data-driven solutions into core financial products.
Communicate impact:
Translate complex technical findings into clear, business-focused insights for stakeholders and executives.
Requirements
Master’s degree in a STEM discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, or related field)
Strong proficiency in
Python
and
SQL
for data analysis and modeling
Experience applying
machine learning techniques
to real-world problems
Background in handling
large financial datasets
and time-series data
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Bonus Points For
Familiarity with
cloud platforms
(AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Experience deploying ML models into production environments
Knowledge of
data visualization tools
(Tableau, Power BI, Plotly)
Previous experience in fintech, banking, or financial services
