Acrisure is hiring a commercial insurance account manager. We are the fastest-growing insurance brokerage firm in the U.S. with over 600 Agency Partner locations globally. Providing our clients with an excellent customer service experience is very important. Our Account Managers are responsible for delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service for our producers and clients. Coordinating proactive service on renewals, policy delivery, and daily service requests, while adhering to department policies, workflows and procedures, is the core responsibility of this position. We seek team members who embrace our philosophies/culture and who can identify and pursue opportunities to enhance the client and team experience.
Responsibilities
Promptly field and address client service calls and emails
Manage home screen activities using the day-of-the-week schedule with fewer than 25 activities on the screen daily
Maintain a clean email inbox (fewer than 25 emails daily; sent emails attached in EPIC and emails not stored in folders)
Communicate with clients and producers to obtain information for renewals, endorsements, claims, billing questions, payment arrangements, audits, certificates, cancellations, reinstatements, etc., responding the same day
Utilize resources provided (Associate Account Manager and Account Coordinator teams) to request, obtain, process, and deliver requests
Set up policy change activities in EPIC; renew policies in EPIC after binding
Create, maintain, and renew master certificate and E&O templates in CSR24; attach certificate AI forms using labeling standards and provide renewal certificate instructions to the cert team
Utilize Indio for renewals
Welcome new business clients to Acrisure via telephone and email introductions
Market renewals as needed and handle rewrites/round outs by submitting complete applications to insurers for quotes
For large-sized accounts (over $10k in revenue): prepare coverage comparisons, premium allocations, layer diagrams, and other high-level documents
Coordinate marketing strategy with the producer and provide renewal presentations to clients prior to expiration
Present renewals to insureds for mid-sized accounts and bind coverage with carriers
Document EPIC activities with all pertinent coverage communications and attachments
Attend insurance company/vendor meetings, trainings, and functions to stay informed on products and services
Setup and maintain documents for Instant Access (client service portal)
Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma
License: Valid CA Property/Casualty license or ability to obtain
Experience: Three+ years of experience in commercial lines
Insurance designation (preferred but not required)
Technology Skills
PC computer skills, including typing
EPIC Agency Management System
Microsoft Word, Outlook (including Quick Parts), Excel
Microsoft browsers: Internet Explorer/Chrome/Firefox/Edge
Company online rating/service sites

Occasional client meetings and carrier visits
The base salary range for this position is $45,000 – $90,000 annually. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
