$27.00/hr - $35.00/hr Responsibilities
GIS Analyst: Perform GIS activities to include georeferencing, creating spatial features, and developing databases; provide support to survey project manager; perform CAD drafting using GIS application software. Survey Technician: Perform survey computations for deed composites; process topographic and boundary survey data collection files; prepare topographic and boundary survey finished drawings; prepare easement and right-of-way drawings and legal descriptions; prepare As-Built survey drawings; perform property, deed, and plat research; other duties as assigned by the Licensed Surveyor. Qualifications
High School Diploma 2- or 4-year survey, geography, or engineering degree preferred 2 years or more surveying and/or GIS experience Ability to read and understand property plats, maps, engineering plans, and architectural plans CAD, GIS and survey software proficiency Proficiency in Bluebeam, Adobe, and Microsoft Office Suite software packages Excellent organizational skills and following AMT CAD protocol Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent assignments Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong team player with commitment to company values Ability to work overtime when necessary Benefits
