Summary:

This position is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of audiovisual systems for NTTA while also providing advanced desktop support to end-users across the organization. This position will be a critical part of our IT team, dedicated to designing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality audio and visual systems. Having expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our organization's communication, collaboration, and presentation capabilities. Shouldering a wide range of AV projects, from conference room setups to boardroom events support ensuring audio and video quality meets the highest standards. This position provides an opportunity to be at the forefront of the transforming Audio-Video experience connecting, communicating, and captivating the meeting attendees.

*** Pay Range: $70,566 - $92,850 ***

*** Retention Bonus: $1500 ***

Responsibilities:

Installs, configures, operates, maintains, and upgrades video conferencing equipment, testing in the environment, and infrastructure. Installs, configures, operates, maintains, and upgrades of Crestron, Bi-Amp, Extron, 32-channel digital mixers for live sound production, Swagit type video switchers and camera equipment, PC hardware, and many types of cables, extenders, video and audio peripherals from Shure, Epson and Samsung. Schedules, setup, and disconnects video conference devices for internal and external meetings. Provides video conferencing event planning production packets consisting of logistics, test plans, configuration drawings, and other necessary information working with other cross-functional teams. Utilizes the existing management-tracking tool ServiceNow for all related incident tracking, service tickets, and change requests Troubleshoots and resolves video conferencing and event service incidents, and hardware/software issues. Adheres to SLAs and maintain maximum uptime for the video conferencing environment and event services. Collaborates with operations and support teams to provide direction/support, streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance the overall user experience. Maintains accurate documentation of audiovisual system configurations, wiring diagrams, and equipment inventory. Interacts with audiovisual equipment vendors for procurement and support. Keeps audiovisual equipment firmware and software up to date to ensure optimal performance and security. Investigates and resolves escalated IT service desk tickets efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for end-users. Offers guidance and training to end-users on using IT systems and applications effectively. Assists in the procurement of desktops, laptops, and peripherals, ensuring compatibility and cost-effectiveness while maintaining an accurate inventory of all IT hardware and software assets. Creates and updates documentation for IT procedures and troubleshooting guides. Provides advanced desktop support to end-users, resolving complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. Manages the deployment of software updates and patches to end-user devices. Qualifications:

M inimum:

High school diploma 5-7 years' experience Experience designing, configuring, and troubleshooting A/V systems. Knowledge and experience with audiovisual and desktop technology including, network troubleshooting, operating systems, projectors, displays, sound systems, videoconferencing, hardware, and software, etc. Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field 7-9 years' experience Experience with industry standard virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, Meetup or Rally Bar, etc. CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, AVIXA CTS or related certification ** Applicants are required to be eligible to lawfully work in the United States immediately.
