Manager, Oracle HCM - Time and Labor
for our Consulting practice. Responsibilities:
Lead Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Oracle Cloud applications. Support business development activities including identification, proposal development, and pursuit efforts; collaborate with other KPMG service lines and industries. Manage daily activities of Oracle Cloud ERP Advisory engagements, including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews. Supervise and manage staff working on engagements, ensuring projects adhere to KPMG's financial and cost management policies. Qualifications:
At least five years of Oracle ERP and HCM implementation and upgrade experience. Completed at least one full Oracle Cloud HCM implementation as a Functional or Project Lead. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Strong verbal, analytical, and writing skills. Detailed understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP system concepts and modules. Willingness to travel as needed. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; no visa sponsorship available.
