Apply via Dice today! Role: Java AWS Developer Experience: 7+ years Location: NYC, NY / Wilmington, DE / Columbus, OH / Atlanta, GA / Jersey City, NJ. Weekly 5 days in office is a must (prioritize NY and DE). You can submit non-local candidates who are willing to relocate to any of the locations, but avoid PST and MST candidates. Mode of Hire: Contract Mandatory Skills: Java 8/11, Microservices Architecture, Spring Boot, AWS services such as Terraform, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS, S3. Note: Candidate must have IDE setup (Eclipse, IntelliJ) for coding test during the interview. Online compilers are not allowed to join. Job Description: Strong Application Development Work Experience - Agile Environment Preferred. Solid application design, coding, testing, maintenance and debugging skills Experience with JUnit and Cucumber testing. Experience with APM monitoring tools and logging tools like Splunk Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence (preferred). AWS solution implementation hands-on experience is mandatory Expertise in development using Core Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services/SOA and Java. Frameworks: Spring, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, JPA, REST, MQ. Knowledgeable in developing RESTful microservices with technical stack, Amazon ECS, EC2, S3, API Gateway, Amazon Aurora, ALB, and Route 53 — extensive knowledge and implementation experience. Working with GIT/Bitbucket, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins to build and deploy code to production environments. Hands-on experience in CI/CD, Kubernetes Seniority level
