is currently seeking an ESG & Sustainability Reporting Manager to join our organization. The ESG & Sustainability Reporting Manager reports directly to the Head of Sustainability/ESG and works closely with the ESG Controller, Legal, Finance, Internal Audit, and other cross-functional teams. Role and Responsibilities
Develop key disclosures for the annual sustainability report and external frameworks (CDP, Ecovadis). Manage the third-party emissions validation process. Respond to customer sustainability data requests and inquiries. Coordinate reporting and disclosure requirements in alignment with onsemi’s net-zero commitments and Science Based Targets for Scope 1, 2, and 3. Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Internal Audit, and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of ESG disclosures. Reporting and Stakeholders
The role reports to the Head of Sustainability/ESG and interfaces with the ESG Controller, Legal, Finance, Internal Audit, and other cross-functional teams to support comprehensive ESG reporting. About onsemi’s Sustainability Commitments
onsemi has committed to achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2040 and has validated its near-term Science Based Targets for Scope 1, 2, and 3.
