C2C, 1099 and W2 Required Skills CRM marketing automation and analytics AWS and Azure cloud-native architectures Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the enterprise digital architecture strategy and roadmap Provide thought leadership on technology trends, digital platforms, and innovation opportunities Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of new technologies, platforms, and tools Establish and enhance best practices in architecture design and development across the organization's digital landscape Drive digital transformation initiatives by modernizing legacy systems and processes Design end-to-end solutions for complex digital projects, including web, mobile, API, cloud, and omnichannel platforms Create and document architectural artifacts (e.g., architecture diagrams, data models, sequence diagrams) to communicate the design to technical and non-technical stakeholders Define the integration strategy for connecting various systems, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms Ensure architecture supports key non-functional requirements: scalability, reliability, security, performance, and maintainability Lead and support the implementation of microservices, API-led, and event-driven architectures Technical Guidance & Governance Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, solution architects, and engineers Establish and enforce architecture principles, standards, and guidelines Conduct architecture reviews to ensure compliance with defined standards and patterns Collaborate with DevOps and Security teams to embed CI/CD automation and security (DevSecOps) into the architecture Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and UX designers to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to business stakeholders Partner with infrastructure and cloud teams to ensure optimal deployment environments Required Qualifications & Skills 10 years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in an architecture role (e.g., Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, Digital Architect) in a bank/financial company Technical Proficiency: cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), development (Java, Spring Boot, Node.js), frontend (React, Angular), APIs, data architecture, DevOps, security Preferred Qualifications Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, Google Professional Cloud Architect, TOGAF, Zachman)
