Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid | Direct Hire | $80k – $90k+ Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with designers, managers, and team members on all project phases. Develop and coordinate project documents within all phases of a project. Assist with conceptual planning, details, and project presentations. Client communication. Coordination with consultants. Ensure adherence to project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures. Coordinate with construction teams to ensure project execution aligns with design intent. Engage in a flexible, collaborative work environment. Qualifications
Professional bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture. Licensed architect preferred. 8+ years of experience with commercial project work; experience with manufacturing and technical typologies is ideal. Proficiency in Revit, with working knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Cloud. Strong communication and teamwork skills with a solid understanding of architectural principles. Benefits
