Role Purpose We are seeking an experienced IT Integration Architect, Kinaxis to design, implement, and manage integration solutions for Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro. This role requires deep knowledge of integration frameworks, supply chain planning processes, and data architecture to ensure connectivity between Kinaxis and other enterprise systems. The Integration Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, scalable, and secure integration solutions that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and design integration solutions for Kinaxis RapidResponse / Maestro, ensuring seamless data flow between Kinaxis and ERP systems.
Define and implement integration strategies, including APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
Develop scalable and reusable integration frameworks that support business needs and long-term growth.
Configure Kinaxis integration components and data connections to align with system requirements and business processes.
Collaborate with developers to create custom integration scripts, workflows, and automation processes.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and project teams during integration deployments.
Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot integration errors to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
Proactively recommend improvements to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Document integration designs, workflows, configurations, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Kinaxis integration solutions, advising on best practices and emerging technologies.
Stay updated with Kinaxis RapidResponse/ Maestro features, upgrades, and industry trends.
Experiences / Education
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Integration Architect or similar role, with Kinaxis RapidResponse integrations.
Strong knowledge of integration technologies, including APIs, web services, middleware platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft), and ETL tools.
Solid understanding of supply chain planning and operational processes (demand planning, inventory management, S&OP).
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and their Kinaxis integrations, including database management, data modeling, and data transformation.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Desired
Kinaxis certification(s), such as Kinaxis Integration Architect Certification.
Experience with cloud-based integration solutions and platforms.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Experience working with global teams and managing large-scale integration projects.
This position does not support immigration sponsorship.
The salary range for this position is
$123,662.00 - $170,036.00
full-time. Starting pay depends on location, experience, training, and education. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), pension, life insurance, disability, and PTO. Pay Grade: Grade D. Employee Referral Amount: $1,500.00 USD.
