Security Professional - Residential Patrol - Full Time , you will help create a secure and welcoming environment within a residential community. Your responsibilities will include patrolling the property, maintaining a visible presence to deter security incidents, and responding promptly to situations that may arise. You will interact with residents and visitors, providing customer service and clear communication while upholding high standards of professionalism. $15.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Fri 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Sat 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Sun 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You’ll Do Use our scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice for urgent needs Responsibilities Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem-solving Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity and suspicious behavior Observe and report unusual activity or security concerns to the appropriate personnel Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site procedures Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and security-related occurrences Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary Support site management in implementing security-related protocols What We’re Looking For Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of security-related experience Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles High school diploma or equivalent Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws Qualified applications with criminal histories will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws Drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only Why Join Us Flexible Scheduling: Open shifts that fit your availability Career Growth: Path to full-time roles with paid training Smart Tools: Access exclusive technology for real-time shift visibility and claiming Full-Time Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k), and comprehensive benefits for full-time employees Employee Perks: Discounts at restaurants, entertainment venues, and more Closing Allied Universal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
