Install, configure, and manage ArcGIS Enterprise and other GIS components in a classified IT environment. Ensure GIS systems comply with DoD cybersecurity policies, including DISA STIGs, RMF, and ACAS/HBSS reporting requirements. Administer GIS tools in disconnected environments, performing system hardening, patch management, and vulnerability mitigation. Collaborate with developers and analysts to deploy secure web services, geoprocessing tools, and custom applications. Monitor system performance, availability, and logs, generating health reports and maintaining documentation for accreditation, audits, and change management. Support geospatial DevSecOps and infrastructure-as-code initiatives as needed. Minimum Qualifications
U.S. citizen with active TS/SCI clearance; willing to work onsite 80% or as mission needs dictate. Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of technical experience deploying and maintaining GIS capabilities into operations. 1+ years of experience with the Esri software stack and familiarity with ICD 503 and DoD cybersecurity standards (DISA STIGs, RMF, ACAS). Experience managing SSL certificates, firewalls, system security settings, and proficient in scripting and optimization. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills to support operational and technical teams. Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of GIS data formats and data publishing. Experience supporting mission planning, intelligence, or tactical geospatial applications. Esri certifications (e.g., ArcGIS Enterprise Administration Professional) or DoD 8570 certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP). Experience as a military/intelligence analyst or supporting the military/IC is a bonus. Pay and Benefits
