We are currently expanding our engineering team and seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer to contribute to our mission. The Role
We are looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Developer with a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and secure applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across the full software development life cycle, from front-end user interfaces to back-end services and database interactions. While strong technical skills are paramount, a significant advantage will be given to candidates with a background in the banking or financial services industry, understanding the unique challenges and regulatory requirements of this sector. Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using Java and related technologies. Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define, scope, and implement new features and enhancements. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices. Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks. Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices. Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions. Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, promoting scalable and resilient system designs. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of professional experience in Java Full Stack development. Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js. Experience with RESTful API design and development. Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate, JPA). Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). Proficiency with version control systems (Git). Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Preferred Experience (Highly Desirable)
Previous experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech. Understanding of financial products, trading systems, regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS), and data security best practices in a financial context. Experience with real-time data processing and high-volume transaction systems. Familiarity with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ). Education
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. What We Offer
