We have an immediate need for a DevOps Engineer to support the development life cycle of platform architectural design, deployment and debugging for modern mission applications.

Erias Ventures is seeking engineers who wish to grow their careers and become part of a technically strong and growth-oriented company focused on bringing innovative solutions to difficult mission problems. A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for government security clearance under this position.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (e.g., Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace) or Computer Science with a minimum of ten (10) years of related experience.
Must be fluent with Git.
Strong knowledge of Linux and Linux environments (RHEL 6/7/8, RHCSA/RHCE, CentOS).
Experience with Windows system administration, system monitoring, instrumentation, resiliency and performance.
10+ years in an Agile development environment.
Experience integrating Jenkins/Bamboo, Docker, and Kubernetes for automated deployment (preferred).
Experience with caching technologies (Memcache, Redis, etc.), MySQL (clusters, replication, tuning) and Elasticsearch (Kibana a plus).
Knowledge of security practices, networking protocols, firewalls, PCI compliance, etc.
10+ years of system architecture experience with ability to read code and troubleshoot.
10+ years of experience managing/monitoring AWS cloud and virtualized servers in a PaaS environment.
Familiarity with SDLC models (Agile) and DevOps methodologies.
Fluent in at least one programming language (Ruby, C, C++, Go, Python, or Java).
Ability to understand large complex software systems to isolate defects and assess risk.
Strong communication and collaboration with customers, developers, testing, project management and support staff.
Excellent problem solving, analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities

Salary & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience is $193,000 - $212,000.
