As a
Fit Engineer II
on our Menswear team, you'll ensure that every garment meets Columbia's high standards for fit, function, and quality. You'll lead fit sessions, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and use your technical expertise to deliver products that feel as good as they look. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, adapts quickly to seasonal changes, and brings innovative ideas to the table. What You'll Do
Lead and support daily fit sessions, making timely, informed decisions. Build and maintain accurate measurement charts in PDM; approve graded size charts. Partner with Merchandising, Design, and Product Development to ensure fit consistency. Influence and build trust with cross-functional teams to drive consensus. Leverage 3D tools (e.g., Browzwear) for digital fit reviews when applicable. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to streamline fitting and development. What You'll Bring
Strong knowledge of patternmaking, garment construction, and fit engineering. Experience with PDM systems; Browzwear or similar 3D fit tools preferred. Menswear experience strongly preferred. Ability to manage complexity, solve problems creatively, and work independently. Excellent communication skills and the ability to "work the room" in collaborative settings.
