RCM Restoration Services is seeking a motivated and experienced
Mitigation Project Manager
to join our growing team. The Mitigation Project Manager will oversee water, fire, mold, and storm damage mitigation projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest level of customer satisfaction. Position Overview:
The ideal candidate has excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of restoration and mitigation processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee mitigation projects from initial response through completion. Conduct site inspections, assess damages, and develop accurate scopes of work. Create and manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation in accordance with company standards. Coordinate daily activities of crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow. Communicate clearly with property owners, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders throughout the project. Ensure compliance with IICRC standards, OSHA safety requirements, and company policies. Monitor job progress, equipment usage, and drying documentation to verify quality and efficiency. Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction. Provide leadership, training, and support to field staff and technicians. Maintain accurate records, photos, and reports for billing and insurance purposes. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in restoration/mitigation project management (preferred). IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSRT), or equivalent strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of water, fire, and mold mitigation techniques. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Proficiency with job management software, Microsoft Office, and mobile applications. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
