You\'ll work with well-known clients on a variety of projects—from ground-up builds to remodels—bringing their vision to life through thoughtful, engaging retail spaces. In this role, you\'ll lead projects from Schematic Design through construction, handling everything from initial code analysis and design coordination to producing construction documents and coordinating with clients, consultants, permit expediters, contractors, and building officials. Responsibilities
Lead projects from Schematic Design through construction documentation and delivery.
Perform initial code analysis and design coordination.
Produce construction documents and coordinate with clients, consultants, permit expediters, contractors, and building officials.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors through project work.
Be a positive representative for the firm within the industry.
Qualifications
Architectural degree required. Professional architecture degree a plus.
Architectural registration is a plus.
Experience working with retail clients preferred.
5+ years of professional experience in an architecture firm preferred.
Proficiency in Revit required.
Proficiency in Bluebeam is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with a strategic, big-picture perspective.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Ability to lead projects and manage client relationships.
Commitment to team success.
