Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across environments including government facilities, commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver a professional security presence and customer service at all times Be prepared to fill in on short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities
Provide customer service by following site policies and, when appropriate, engaging in emergency response activities Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity Monitor for unusual activity and report concerns to the appropriate personnel Maintain a visible presence to deter disturbances or incidents Interact professionally with visitors, staff, and the public per site protocols Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly Follow Allied Universal and site-specific protocols for armed patrol posts What We’re Looking For
Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and adaptability to different post assignments Desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military roles Active armed guard card or license required Must be at least 21 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Background check as required by federal, state, and local laws Criminal histories considered in accordance with applicable laws Drug screen required where permitted by law Participation in industry-specific security training programs Licensing requirements as dictated by state/local laws; may be required prior to employment Valid driver’s license required for driving positions Why Join Us
