Advance backend microservices, identify critical concerns, and implement effective solutions. Use CrowdStrike tools and services to build cloud solutions for detecting and countering targeted cyber threats. Innovate with Large Language Models to develop and refine Charlotte AI’s capabilities. Construct and maintain data pipelines, perform data upkeep, and contribute to training and implementing custom LLMs. Collaborate across teams to brainstorm, define, and devise solutions. Commit to ongoing learning and self-improvement. Stay attuned to customer challenges and seek ways to improve support. Maintain high coding quality with best practices, thorough testing, and robust logging and metrics. Work in a collaborative, agile team environment. Mentor fellow engineers and learn from peers across technologies. Continuously refine product architecture, knowledge models, user experience, performance, and reliability. Own your work end-to-end: develop, test, deploy and monitor changes. Thrive in a culture that values trust. What You'll Need

Degree in Computer Science or professional experience in data structures/algorithms/distributed systems. Experience with big data and microservices is preferred. Understanding of scalability and distributed systems concepts (sharding, partitioning, concurrency). Team player with strong collaboration skills. Strong engineering practices: testing, peer code reviews, resilient architecture. Ability to work in a test-driven, collaborative, iterative environment and deliver high-quality software that is unit tested and CI-ready. Tech Stack
