Service Writer/Advisor for our Circleville Ford location.
The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for all automotive service customers. As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for all aspects of the repair process including greeting customers, setting expectations for completion of repairs, selling repairs, communicating with technicians and exceeding the customer expectations.

We carry thirteen brands including Buick, Chrysler, GMC, Ford, Chevrolet, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Cadillac, Hyundai, Toyota, Nissan, and Kia. We have seventeen locations in the Central Ohio area, including Newark, Pataskala, Circleville, Heath, Chillicothe, Lancaster, Dublin, Lewis Center, and Marysville. We offer automotive service departments, body shops, and parts departments that are unmatched by others in the industry, due to our exceptional sales and service teams consisting of highly qualified, knowledgeable, and talented associates.
Requirements:
What you'll do as the Service Advisor:
Proactively greet all customers promptly with a professional and friendly attitude
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
Document and deliver fair, competitive, and transparent price quotes with the customer and dealership's best interests in mind
Listen to customers to determine their primary concern and review additional maintenance needs
Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures
Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
Helps educate/train new staff members
Performs other duties as assigned
What you'll need to be our Service Advisor:
Previous Ford or Quick Lane automotive service department highly preferred
Prior experience as Domestic Dealer Service Advisor or Drive Assistant Experience
Need to have two or more years of experience
Casual, uninhibited, and persuasive extrovert with a tendency for informality
Persuasive, risk-taker; quick to connect and a strong drive for results
Friendly, understanding, willing and patient team player
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license without restrictions
