Senior Financial Analyst

within the FP&A function, focused on the corporate segment. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, monthly financial reviews, driving planning cycles (monthly, semi-annual, annual), and preparing ad hoc analyses. The analyst will collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to support strategic decision-making and improve overall financial performance. Responsibilities

Evaluate financial performance by analyzing results and comparing against forecasts and budgets. Identify trends, provide insights, and recommend actions to enhance profitability and efficiency. Lead efforts related to General & Administrative (G&A) budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Monitor and report on the progress of business improvement initiatives. Produce and distribute recurring financial reports and executive dashboards. Support the monthly accounting close process by reviewing financial statements for accuracy. Deliver ad hoc reports and financial analyses as requested by management. Compile and present monthly KPI metrics to key stakeholders. Act as a key financial partner to business unit leaders and cross-functional teams. Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required. Preferred: MBA, CPA, or other relevant professional certification. Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial analysis and reporting. Prior experience in fast-paced, multi-location environments—especially within retail or food service—is highly desirable. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial accounting principles. Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling and financial analysis tools. Familiarity with ERP and planning systems such as SAP and TM1 (or comparable platforms). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to present financial information clearly.
