Job Summary:

Perform routine accounting activities such as accounts payable and general ledger transactions, including certain daily work. Responsibilities may include reconciling accounts, preparing accounting reports and statements, as well as other routine entry-level accounting duties. Must be proficient in the use of computer-based spreadsheets and related software. Qualifications

Review approved invoices and document appropriate GL number for payment Enter invoices into GL Accounts Payable module Print checks, mail out to vendors and file accordingly Generate ACH file and email payment notifications for ACH vendors Maintain vendor 1099-MISC information and year-end reporting Complete daily/monthly reconciliations as needed Initiate/Verify Wire Transfers for bank wires Assist in gathering information for outside public accountants, internal audit firm, regulatory examiners, and any other 3rd party requesting financial information as needed Assist in the preparation of regulatory reporting as needed Manage the Bank\'s corporate card process Perform additional duties as requested, needed or assigned Experience and Skills
