Software Engineer [Multiple Positions Available]

DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing software solutions, solving business problems through innovation, and participating in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). This involves analyzing requirements, incorporating architectural standards, documenting specifications, translating requirements into application modules, and troubleshooting code issues. The role requires active participation in code reviews, design reviews, project planning, and mentoring junior staff. Building messaging platforms using FIX Trading protocol, debugging with Dynatrace, SBA, and Splunk, analyzing metrics with Grafana, and building user interfaces with Reactive frameworks are also key duties. The position involves integrating CI/CD tools like Harness, Spinnaker, Jenkins, Maven, and deploying microservices in on-premises and cloud environments using Kafka, MQ, Pivotal, and AWS. Adherence to Agile methodologies is essential. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum education and experience include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, plus at least 7 years of relevant experience. Skills required encompass application development, architecture disciplines, and proficiency with technologies such as servlets, JDBC, Linux, JSP, JQuery, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, NodeJS, React, SQL, Oracle, Kafka, RESTful services, Maven, Jenkins, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, AWS, Kubernetes, Dynatrace, Splunk, GIT, testing tools like Cucumber, Mockito, Junit, Cypress, Selenium, and programming with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring, and Hibernate.
