Litigation Docketing Coordinator and Manager
Beacon Hill is staffing both a Litigation Docketing Coordinator and a Litigation Docketing Manager for two law firms in the Washington, DC area.
Overview Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
Hybrid model: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote.

Docketing Coordinator
Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of experience as either a calendar/docket clerk, litigation assistant or litigation paralegal with thorough knowledge of the litigation process, electronic docketing requirements and court rules.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining due dates/deadlines in a computerized docket system for multiple courts and jurisdictions, reviewing legal documents and calculating, recording and disseminating response dates based on court rules and civil procedures.
Docketing Manager
Requirements:
1 - 5 years of experience in docketing management.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing all aspects of the centralized docketing department, designing and implementing calendaring software, building and supervising a team of docket specialists, and ensuring accurate tracking of legal and filing deadlines across multiple jurisdictions. This role provides docketing coverage of all U.S. jurisdictions.
These positions will adhere to a hybrid model - 3 days onsite / 2 days remote.
