Job Title: Web Server Admin Duration: 3 months with potential for extension Work schedule: Full-time (9–5, M–F), with need for occasional off-hour support Key Skills: PowerShell scripting Position Description/Responsibilities: We are looking for a contract resource to be part of our Web Server Services team, responsible for solution delivery, application deployment, and application operations via scalable web server environments, including our internal SharePoint environment and other high-volume websites. Primary Responsibilities: Set up and configuration of Enterprise Level IIS Web Forms Management of Individual Application configuration, patching coordination for IIS and supported applications, as well as supporting high-availability and load management Support Web Traffic management and load testing of new applications Support IIS configurations with .Net versions and other Application frameworks Automate setup of environments using scripting languages, including PowerShell Oversee the SharePoint Server infrastructure, user access, and application deployment, taking the lead role in implementing SharePoint across the organization Participate in planning and execution of tasks related to the evaluation of new SharePoint-based initiatives Develop, configure, and maintain document libraries, enterprise lists, and site collections Coordinate with divisions to standardize and optimize data/information storage and retrieval Maintain and administer Microsoft SharePoint server 2013/2016, including daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis Requirements/Skills: At least 5+ years of proven work experience in a relevant field Experience working in multi-tiered server environments Experience with UrbanCode Deploy, Jenkins, or similar deployment automation tools Hands-on experience with tools such as PowerShell, Perfmon, ProcMon, NetMon Experience in web infrastructure design and operations, including TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, STP, load balancing, clustering, firewall rules, failover, monitoring, diagnostics, and performance tuning Experience architecting Microsoft Internet/Intranet solutions Possess high aptitude for problem-solving and trouble-shooting Experience hosting, deploying, and managing websites in Azure or any other cloud platform Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) Experience with Container or VM-based hosting is a plus Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field Additional Information
