– Irving, TX Key Responsibilities
Design and fine-tune CLU models using platforms like Azure Language Studio. Train intents, entities, and utterances to improve chatbot comprehension. Implement context handling for multi-turn conversations. Integrate
speech-to-text (STT)
and
text-to-speech (TTS)
services for voice-based interactions. Collaborate with voice platform teams to ensure smooth post-transcription processing. Optimization & Tuning
Analyze user interactions and model performance to improve accuracy. Continuously refine conversation flows and dialog management systems. System Integration
Integrate chatbots with APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms. Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of conversational systems. Work closely with UX designers, data scientists, and software engineers. Maintain documentation for models, workflows, and system architecture. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field. 5+ years of experience in chatbot or conversational AI development. Strong knowledge of NLP libraries (spaCy, Rasa, NLTK) and frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Familiarity with RESTful APIs and CI/CD practices. Preferred Skills
Experience with
Large Language Models (LLMs)
like GPT-4, Claude, or LLaMA. Knowledge of
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
and vector databases. Understanding of
AI ethics ,
sentiment analysis , and
multi-language support . Background in
voice interfaces
and
emotion detection .
