role summary: responsible for performing IT-related duties in a professional capacity while working closely with nursing homes to ensure system operations are fully functional. Qualifications
Possess an Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a similar IT field support role (Help Desk Tier 1, 2, or 3 experience). 5+ years of direct hands-on experience supporting 100+ users or multiple locations. Experience supporting multiple facilities as a mobile field technician visiting one or more sites per day. Knowledge and basic understanding of IT cabling infrastructure and troubleshooting level 1 and 2 issues. Collaborates with other IT departments (Networking, Engineering, Telco, Help Desk) on trouble tickets, projects, and tech refreshes. Experience deploying equipment (Desktop, Laptops, Tablets, Monitors, Peripherals, Printers, Copiers, or medical support equipment) at small, medium, and large scale. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of HP, Lenovo, Dell, Xerox, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Microsoft Suite, Citrix, Active Directory, Workday, Edge, Chrome/Chrome OS, Apple iOS, Android, iPhone, Zendesk, ServiceNow, and imaging for deployment. Experience working with multiple vendors, building relationships, and identifying new technologies to advance the ecosystem. Intermediate knowledge of Windows OS 8.1, 10, and 11. Knowledge of mobile device management and configuration tools. Due to travel and car rental requirements, applicants must be 25 years or older. Responsibilities
Deploy, service, and order equipment. Install networking and telco equipment. Process warranty requests and returns. MDM management. Process Zendesk tickets and equipment quotes. Manage ServiceNow directory. Attend team meetings and culture events. Local in-market travel – Southern California (San Diego/Oceanside/Escondido); out-of-market travel on a limited basis. Support facility administration, nursing, and service center team members. Reconcile AMEX Concur expenses. Assist fellow Field Ops team members. Project management. What you’ll receive in return

$75,000 - $85,000 DOE; may be eligible for bonus. Pay is based on experience and other factors. Equity and additional compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package. Working conditions: We support 24/7 operations. This position requires extensive local travel (75%+) with possible distances up to 4 hours and periodic air travel. Work is performed in office areas, network rooms, Telco rooms, and storage areas. May involve risks of injury from equipment and exposure to dust, chemicals, and other hazards.
