This position will play a key role in developing, deploying, maintaining, and operating Saviynt solutions in alignment with Federal compliance standards and platform capabilities. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining and operating identity and access management solutions using Saviynt’s EIC platform, meeting compliance and quality. Strong cloud infrastructure and system administration management experience is expected. The role includes triage and resolution of technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation. What you will be doing

Perform customer deployments, migrations, and upgrades in the cloud environment. Install and configure Saviynt products following installation procedures and organizational guidelines. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents while collaborating with the development and IT teams to minimize downtime and maintain service quality. Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Monitor cloud resources to ensure availability and scalability. Automate manual work performed pre/during/post deployments. Troubleshoot cloud-related infrastructure incidents and issues. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and efficient software delivery. Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the CI/CD pipelines. Automate infrastructure setup and maintenance using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools. Collaborate with development, operations, and QA teams to improve deployment processes. Maintain compliance with security and quality standards throughout the CI/CD pipeline. Create and maintain technical documents for cloud infrastructure and related processes. Design and implement novel solutions to automate cloud-environment provisioning. Develop automation solutions to streamline processes, such as creating scripts to run specific tasks on systems and implementing automation scripts to reduce repetitive tasks and eliminate human error. Configure and deploy monitoring tools. What you bring

U.S. Citizenship:

Applicants must be United States citizens. Master’s Degree in an Engineering discipline, or a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of professional software engineering experience. 7 years supporting AWS/Azure environments and native services. 5 years working with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). 5 years working within a DevOps or CI/CD environment (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Travis CI). 5 years scripting (preferred languages Python, Java, or BASH). 7 years working within Linux (e.g., Red Hat, CentOS) environments. 5 years supporting Network Integration using cloud-native services. Experience building, scaling & monitoring infrastructure needed for SaaS-based applications and services. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (e.g., CloudFormation, ARM, Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet). Experience configuring, deploying, and operating public cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS). Experience with network features, e.g., cloud network topology, BGP, routing, and web (REST) APIs. Extensive experience in database operations & MySQL. Experience invoking REST/SOAP web services using tools such as Postman. Strong domain knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM). Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices. Compliance and security requirements

Meet US persons on US soil requirements. Undergo full background investigation/screening. Undergo IAL3 requirements (Identity proofing to include I-9 document verification, biometric collection, and mailing address confirmation). Compensation and benefits

$125,000 - $150,000 a year. We offer a competitive total rewards package, learning opportunities to grow, and a welcoming work environment. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $125,000 - $150,000 annually, with final compensation dependent on location, skill set, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and other relevant business needs. You may also be eligible to participate in a Saviynt discretionary bonus plan, subject to program rules and performance. Compliance onboarding and policies (if required)

If required for this role, you will: Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter.
