Responsible for enhancing the ServiceNow platform across Incident Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
Develop scalable solutions, reduce MTTR, and improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customize and extend modules: CSM, Incident, Service Catalog, CMDB
Develop scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, AngularJS
Integrate DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, ServiceNow CICD
Conduct code reviews and write test cases
Recommend efficient technical solutions
Optimize workflows and dashboards
Qualifications:
3+ years of ServiceNow development experience
Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent
Proven success in reducing MTTR and meeting SLAs
Technical Skills:
Modules: ITSM, CSM, Service Catalog, CMDB
Scripting: JavaScript, AngularJS
Integrations: REST/SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub
DevOps: Git, Jenkins, CICD pipelines
Soft Skills:
Detail-oriented and proactive
Team player and mentor
Ownership from design to deployment
