Role responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients. Manage and support tools that enable all elements of the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to code reviews and verification. Design and implement DevOps infrastructure, including automation, configuration management, and CI/CD. Communicate designs and resolve feedback with internal teams and clients. Work independently with strong initiative in a fast-paced environment. Key skills

Software Work Tracking: Configure and manage tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub Issues, etc. Version Control: Git configuration and management, including branching strategies and pull request policies. CI/CD Pipeline development: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, including migrating legacy configurations to modern tools such as Azure Repos and GitHub Actions. Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automating tasks and system configurations. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation, training, and status reporting. Desired experience

Toolchain Modernization: Migrating legacy CI/CD infrastructure to modern, cloud-native platforms. Zero-Impact Migrations: Experience with low/zero-impact migrations in production. Stakeholder Management: Define project scope, gather requirements, and align on plans and deliverables. Knowledge Transfer: Developing and delivering training materials and documentation to enable teams to adopt new tools. Agile/Scrum Experience: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and providing status updates and managing timelines. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for data migration and system integration issues. Experience with Agile techniques, including task and issue management. Commitment to high quality; strong oral and written communication. Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience. Experience with IoT. Experience working under IEC 62304 or similar standards for medical devices or safety-critical systems. Employment type
