VP of Treasury Management Operations Compensation:

$115,000 - $125,000 annually, depending on experience Key Responsibilities

Supervise the Treasury Management team in client onboarding Conduct onboarding calls and maintain client meetings Collaborate across departments for optimized operations Ensure concise and effective communication with clients Manage and build out the team, hiring as needed Oversee ACH, wire transfers, and other financial operations Develop and implement treasury management strategies Enhance client satisfaction and service delivery Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience in banking and treasury management operations Strong knowledge of ACH, wires, and transfers Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively across departments Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with FIS core system Sales experience or sales-oriented personality Background in treasury sales or support roles Experience in a similar financial institution Benefits package details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process Additional Information
