Financial Analyst 3 We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Analyst for an onsite role at our Costa Mesa, CA headquarters. In this position, you will support the organization’s Accounting Team by analyzing financial data to provide insights and recommendations. What You’ll Do: Prepare, analyze, and coordinate business unit operations and expenses to determine proper allocations among all entities/markets. Review, identify, and collaborate with other departments to analyze actuals versus budget results, resolving issues independently as they arise. Perform ad hoc analyses and projects, effectively explaining data findings. Update and create financial report templates as needed. What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business/Economics, or Accounting. CPA is a plus. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis and Accounting. Strong understanding of accounting concepts and processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented. Advanced Excel skills are required. Experience with large ERP systems; Oracle experience is a plus. Strong teamwork, leadership, analysis, and multitasking skills. Willingness to work extra hours to meet deadlines. #LI-DF1 The starting pay range for this position is $90,400.00 - $120,300.00.
