QA Automation Associate

Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and end-to-end test cases for complex applications. Build and maintain automation frameworks leveraging Selenium, Python, and Tosca (experience with Tosca certifications a plus). Create and maintain automated test scripts; integrate them into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing. Utilize JIRA (or similar test management tools) for test case management, defect tracking, and Agile ceremonies. Partner with development teams to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and support TDD/BDD practices. Explore and apply emerging AI-driven tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar) to enhance testing and automation processes. Support data validation and migration testing through SQL queries and related methods. Provide leadership in small-scale initiatives as a Test Lead, ensuring quality outcomes across the software delivery lifecycle. Requirements include proficiency in Selenium and Python for test automation, experience with nCino Salesforce solution, strong experience with Tosca (certification highly desirable), hands-on experience with JIRA and Agile methodologies, solid understanding of test case design, execution, and defect management, exposure to Java for automation scripting, knowledge of SQL for data validation/migration testing, and familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, TabNine, etc.). This is a full-time position at the Associate level in the Information Technology field.
