Position: Front Desk Associate (Part-Time)
Schedule:
Part-Time - 25 hours per week
Monday to Friday
11:00 am to 4:00 pm tentatively
Job Responsibilities:
We are looking to add a personable
Front Desk Associate
to our team! This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and guests to the facility and excellent customer service and organizational skills are essential. Additionally, the Front Desk Associate will assist with administrative tasks including scanning documents, resident trust, AP, scheduling care conferences, and more. Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to: Assures adequate number of staff are scheduled at all times to meet the resident's needs as well as federal, state, and local regulations. Assures monthly and daily staffing records are completed on time. Secures coverage for vacancy shift, open positions, vacations and staff call-offs. Operates multiline telephone and paging system efficiently and professionally. Answers incoming calls, determines the nature of the call and routes the call to the appropriate party. Handles sensitive information regarding residents' and other facility matters with professionalism and confidentiality. Maintains resident trust fund accounts. Ideal candidates will have: Previous experience working as a medical receptionist/front desk preferred A passion for working with people. Previous experience in a memory care setting a plus Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain cooperative working relationships Effective communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal Problem-solving skills The ability to remain calm and adapt to changing situations Ability to work under stress while remaining caring and kind Ability to understand and work in a variety of situations in a positive and constructive manner Excellent organizational skills with the ability to set and meet deadlines Job Type: Part-time Work Location: In person
