Brightstar Lottery is looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Treasury Manager to lead North American cash management and oversee global banking operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multinational environment and is passionate about optimizing liquidity, ensuring compliance, and improving treasury operations.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily treasury operations across North America, focusing on:
Liquidity optimization
Implementation of intercompany funding strategies
Maintenance of a comprehensive Intercompany Loans database
Enhancing working capital efficiency and maximizing cash utilization
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and payment service providers (PSPs)
Manage end-to-end funds flow processes to:
Ensure timely and cost-effective movement of funds
Improve reconciliation accuracy
Support global treasury operations
Resolve escalated issues related to:
Wire transfers
Foreign exchange (FX)
Treasury system operations
Oversee global bank accounts and maintain related databases
Manage journal entries and general ledger reconciliations, including:
Coordinating with Accounting and other departments
Resolving discrepancies
Supporting accurate financial reporting and strategic decision-making
Ensure compliance and audit readiness by:
Adhering to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements and internal policies
Conducting risk assessments and control testing
Managing remediation efforts
Leading internal and external audit engagements
Maintaining documentation to support SOX controls
Collaborate cross-functionally with:
Finance, Accounting, Legal, IT, and business units
Aligning treasury strategies with corporate objectives
Supporting the company’s financial health and strategic goals
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CFA, or CTP preferred).
7+ years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or financial services.
Expertise in global payment systems, PSPs, and banking relationship management.
Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills.
Proficiency in treasury systems (TMS), ERP platforms, and automation tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation and Benefits At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $90,746 - $200,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
