LPL Financial is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-driven Product Enablement Manager to support our Cash Management team, including Move Money, Payments, Transfers, and related capabilities. This role will be responsible for enabling the overall success of the team and will provide operational support, ensure consistent usage and execution of tools and processes, track and analyze key metrics and updates, and support in feedback gathering and advisor engagement. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, data-driven, and experienced in managing product operations within a regulated financial environment. This role is critical to enabling transparency, accountability, and execution excellence across the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Product Managers, Program Leads, and Scrum teams to execute on key initiatives and support in the creation and maintenance of key artifacts (roadmaps, status reports, dependency trackers).
Support in maintaining excellent tool and process hygiene (e.g., JIRA tracking, backlog reviews).
Client feedback tracking, review, and follow up.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), delivery health, and operational metrics.
Support audit readiness and compliance documentation for product-related activities.
Identify gaps in operational processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Support capacity planning, resource tracking, and budget alignment across product teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
5+ years of experience in product operations or consulting within financial services.
Preferred Skills
Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and product lifecycle management.
Proficiency in reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and collaboration platforms (Jira, Confluence).
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with cash movement, payments, and financial operations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across distributed teams.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Pay Range $106,088-$176,813/year
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
