Overview Associate Finance Manager role at Kimberly-Clark. You will support the North America Intimate Care team (Scott and Cottonelle brands). This role is a key business partner to the brand team, providing financial insights and support to help drive growth, profitability, and strategic decision-making. It’s an excellent opportunity for a high-potential finance professional to deepen their commercial acumen and gain exposure to a dynamic, consumer-focused business. The position reports to the Associate Director - North America Family Care, Intimate Care and is based in Chicago, IL.

In This Role, You Will

Partner with the Intimate Care brand team to provide financial analysis and support for business planning, innovation, and performance management.

Deliver clear, actionable insights on brand performance, identifying risks and opportunities to help guide decision-making.

Support the development of business cases for innovation and marketing investments.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, RGM and other Finance teams to ensure alignment and execution of brand strategies.

Assist in the preparation and coordination of financial planning processes including monthly forecasting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Strategic Business Plan (SBP), and business performance reviews by compiling data, performing analysis, and supporting cross-functional collaboration.

Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and support continuous improvement initiatives within the Finance function.

Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.

5 years of progressive financial analysis experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Power BI) is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively across teams.

Self-starter with a growth mindset and a desire to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or progress toward an advanced degree is a plus.

Experience supporting brand, marketing, or innovation teams.

Exposure to working in a matrixed organization.
