Overview

Senior Financial Analyst at Stellantis Financial Services. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the financial foundation of a rapidly scaling multi-billion-dollar auto lending business. You will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and planning the company’s financial performance while ensuring adherence to accounting principles and standards, and you will provide meaningful insights to meet or beat financial targets in our growth phase. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for use in the development of financial business decisions. Drive the month end close in partnership with the business and accounting for your area. Utilize month end close results and business insights to develop and lead a 12-month rolling forecast. Assist with the annual budget process as well as periodic re-forecasts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams serving as their trusted financial advisor. Work closely with accounting management and senior management in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. Identify ways to promote efficiency within the financial reporting process through new templates, systems, and data relationships. Reconcile general ledger data to various sub-ledger and system data. Assist in developing presentations to executive management, affiliates, and external entities. Develop appropriate planning and reporting tools using current and new systems. Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies, while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Perform ad hoc financial analysis of financial and operating metrics as directed by management. Support the business area as needed on special projects. Preserve the organization’s value by being a good custodian of confidential information. All other duties as assigned. Competencies

Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance Analysis or Accounting. Advanced Excel including Power Query and Power Pivot. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism; ability to multitask and prioritize. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong organizational and time management skills. Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Skills Required

Travel 0-10% as required; must have reliable transportation and live within commutable distance to: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ. Qualifications Preferred

MBA or CPA preferred. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS. Experience in the auto finance or lending industry. Proficiency with ERP and Financial Reporting applications. Ability to write and execute SQL queries. Proficiency in dashboarding tools including Power BI, Tableau, etc. Proven ability to perform under pressure and adjust plans to changing needs.
