What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Investigate and resolve credit disputes received through e-OSCAR and Case Central, including fraud and bankruptcy-related cases - Ensure compliance with FCRA by retaining appropriate evidence and documentation of dispute investigations - Analyze portfolio reporting data for inconsistencies with Credit Bureau Reporting Policies - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, fraud, compliance, and operations, to gather data and validate case information - Accurately enter case data into internal systems and maintain high standards of quality and timeliness

What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum 3 years of experience in a Credit Analyst or Dispute Specialist role - Hands-on experience using e-OSCAR software - Familiarity with FCRA compliance and Credit Bureau reporting policies - Experience submitting AUDs and resolving credit disputes - Strong data entry accuracy and problem escalation procedures skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Prior experience working in a banking or financial institution - Knowledge of the Metro 2 format or credit reporting data structures - Familiarity with AUD submission processes - Understanding of banking or financial services policies - Experience in credit reporting analysis
