Specialized experience in private equity and/or M&A transactions. Prior experience at a nationally recognized law firm. Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills. Client-focused and team-oriented approach. Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active bar membership in New York or the ability to obtain admission. Skills: Excellent legal research and writing abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
