Key Responsibilities:
Support the development of annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasts for assigned departments. Conduct financial and strategic analysis to support significant business decisions. Issue monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports for business partner management. Challenge and restructure existing processes for efficiency. Serve as a liaison between business partners and Finance & Corporate Strategy (FCS). Manage a book of work for the Hyderabad FP&A team. Lead and own assigned strategic long-lead projects. Prepare materials related to the annual 15c process. Required Experience:
4+ years of work experience in management reporting and analysis. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Math required. Graduate degree in Finance is a plus. CPA or CFA is a plus. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in business intelligence solutions and database applications. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team environment across functions and locations. Proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions. Commitment to accuracy and work excellence. Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills. Interest in ETFs & asset management.
