Gen II Fund Services . New York City-based Private Equity Fund Administration Firm is seeking a Director to manage Private Equity funds. Primary Responsibilities:

Direct daily accounting and fund administration for multiple investment sponsors. Prepare and review workpapers, investments, accruals, financial statements with footnotes, and investor allocations. Engage in frequent client interactions, including communication with clients at the executive level. Maintain relationships with all client contacts, auditors, lawyers, and banking personnel. Lead, direct, and coach a team of Staff Accountants at various levels. Oversee and guide the setup of client fund deliverables (capital calls, distributions, financial statements, waterfalls, IRRs), with thorough review and sign-off prior to MD review. Manage special projects as required. Job Requirements, Skills, Education, and Experience:

7+ years of fund accounting experience in Private Equity Funds, Fund Administrators, or similar financial institutions. 5+ years of supervisory experience. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance. Preferred: Advanced Mezzanine/Credit/Loan Origination investment experience. Proficiency with PIK/OID calculations. Experience in preparing capital calls and distributions, including complex waterfall models. Understanding of Partnership Agreements, legal and investment documents. Advanced knowledge of USGAAP reporting for investment funds and investors. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Technical knowledge and business acumen. Ability to learn quickly, apply knowledge to client situations, and recommend solutions. Adaptability to process changes in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivots), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong leadership and management skills. The salary range for this position is $135,000-$190,000, plus discretionary bonus and benefits. The actual salary depends on experience. Work Arrangement:

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US. The role requires a hybrid schedule: two days in-office, three days remote. About the Company:
