Overview

Columbia Sportswear Finance & Accounting teams oversee the financial health and forward strategy for a portfolio of four global brands, prAna included. These teams exercise expertise across Compliance, Credit, Financial Planning and Reporting, Tax, Treasury, and Strategy. The organization is advancing traditional Finance & Accounting functions with innovation in advanced analytics and automated intelligence. As the prAna Senior Financial Analyst you’ll support the prAna brand, working with North American and international commercial subsidiaries and all functions within the prAna Global HQ. You’ll gain broad exposure to the operations of a multinational corporation and collaborate across a wide range of functions and partners through the lens of the prAna brand. Responsibilities

Support all aspects of financial planning (long-range planning, budgeting, forecast) and analysis, including preparation and analysis of financial information used by company leadership to drive profitable and sustainable growth. Reports to the prAna Head of Finance and act as a right hand to lead the finance function and the prAna organization. Influence, enable, and coach business partners to make sound business decisions. Create best-in-class, exception-based analytical and reporting tools, processes, and ad hoc analyses from multiple perspectives (sales, channel, brand) with clear storytelling and action-oriented output; drive continuous improvement. Participate in cross-functional alignment on targeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for prAna and CSC Management, and for cross-functional business partners. Monitor forecasts, inventory, and margin; provide guidance to improve accuracy of short- and long-term plans; focus on financial and non-financial KPIs; perform scenario analysis to identify opportunities and risks and provide actionable recommendations. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis with strong organizational and communication abilities. Experience understanding consumer, retail, and competitor trends. Experience with visual analytics tools (Power BI or Tableau) and enterprise planning systems (IBM Cognos TM1 / SAP). Working knowledge of GAAP is a plus. Additional information
