Handle month-end close activities including journal entries and reconciliations. Prepare and analyze GAAP-compliant financial statements. Assist with cost accounting, inventory reporting, and margin analysis. Support audits, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Identify opportunities for process improvement and strengthen internal controls. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3–6 years of relevant accounting experience (manufacturing or distribution industry experience preferred). Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close cycles. Advanced Excel skills; ERP system experience highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities. CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus.
