Overview
Our client, a well-established charter school system based in Upper Manhattan, is looking for an experienced Associate Director of Finance & Reporting. This is a full-time role and the successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience with Finance & Reporting. Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr. The role is 2 days per week in office and offers an opportunity to work with a collaborative department within an educational system making a difference. Description This role will involve: Report to our CFO, serving as a key point of contact for Zeta leadership, our board, and external partners, working closely with all leaders to solve our organization's highest priorities and most critical challenges Work on scaling projects in various areas of finance including budgeting, payables and grant management Work with the finance team to build models for analysis of financial feasibility of potential real estate deals or projects Monitor financial activity across the organization to ensure that fraud and risk are minimized Ensure Zeta's financial records, data, and reports are accurate and compliant Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean startup-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field 4+ years of Finance & Reporting experience Sage Intacct, Coupa & Ramp ERP software experience preferred Job Offer
