Treasury Management Sales Analyst

This role supports Treasury Management customers as a primary back-up to Treasury Management Consultants (TMCs) and assists with selling treasury management solutions and managing the sales process. Responsibilities
Serve as a key contact for Treasury Management customers and back-up to TMCs. Assist with selling treasury management solutions and manage the overall sales process to ensure access to optimal services. Analyze pricing functions and new pricing requests; compile and analyze pricing data and provide pricing comparisons; lead discussions on less complex pricing. Assist in reviewing, participating in, and providing feedback on RFP/proposal content; coordinate client responses; co-lead with TMC where applicable. Facilitate and manage deal development by collecting and monitoring client data through the deal lifecycle. Create and update pipeline opportunities in the sales tool; support TMCs in ramping opportunities with accurate client information. Gather client information and prepare documentation to support pre-sale activities and implementation of financial products and services; assist in managing the implementation process when applicable. Identify revenue opportunities by analyzing data to help TMCs identify untapped opportunities and predict trends; may work independently on small projects. Collaborate with TMCs to drive new sales opportunities and cross-sell Treasury Management products and services; explain and administer products professionally. Participate in relationship reviews and ensure compliance with the U.S. Bank Code of Ethics and anti-money laundering and related policies. Participate in required corporate and business line training; follow account opening procedures and internal suspicious activity processes; engage with customers to understand typical account activity. Provide feedback to Sales, Product, and Operations on product success and needs for development. Assist in driving client relationships and maintaining accurate client information; participate in relevant trainings and reviews when applicable. Qualifications
Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience Three or more years of relevant experience Preferred Skills
Demonstrated proficiency with Treasury Management products, systems, processes, and understanding of customer use Excellent professional communication and written presentation skills Strong critical thinking, negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines, set priorities, and adapt with limited supervision High level of technological ability, especially Microsoft Office applications Benefits
