The Primary responsibility of the Senior Real Estate Manager is to lead market analysis, trade area strategy, and site selection to support company growth. This role partners with the Chief Development Officer on expansion planning, secures and negotiates real estate deals, and manages broker relationships. Additionally, responsibilities include working cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution from site approval through restaurant opening, while providing ongoing real estate support for existing locations.
To be successful, you must:
Perform market analysis to establish and execute a real estate strategy per market including coordinating with the Chief Development Officer to update and maintain an effective expansion plan.
Utilize data analytics into market development strategy and trade area analysis.
Identify primary and secondary trade areas of interest.
Identify and secure real estate that meets or exceeds trade area and site characteristic requirements.
Successfully manage renewals of existing leases
Conduct site approval tours and present deal approval packages to the Chief Development Officer and Real Estate Committee.
Successfully negotiate business terms including working with attorneys to ensure leases are signed in an efficient and timely manner.
Communicate and coordinate with the development team to ensure a smooth transition from site selection, to construction, to opening of the restaurants.
Monitor ongoing needs of existing restaurants providing real estate input where needed.
Establish and manage broker relationships.

Requirements:
7+ years of progressive Real Estate site selection experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or similar field
Ability to manage a high volume of projects at once
Highly motivated and organized
Strong interpersonal and networking skills
An eagerness to join a growing company and a desire to help build a brand
Salary Description: $150,000 to $165,000 base plus 10% bonus potential
