Finance Manager (FP&A) (up to $6K) #NKC

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Prepare and present accurate financial and management reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.

Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and cost control initiatives.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements; liaise with auditors.

Develop financial strategies, oversee capital management, and support business growth plans.

Establish strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve financial processes.

Lead and mentor the finance team, collaborating cross-functionally to align financial and operational goals.

Oversee financial systems and leverage data analytics for reporting and decision-making.

Requirements

Min Dip or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification.
