Remote AML Transaction Monitoring Investigator – Analyst. Location: Remote work opportunity for candidates living in AZ, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, MD, MA, MI, MO, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA. Perform financial crime investigations Prioritize work and meet deadlines and performance expectations Prepare Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) filings; exercise professional judgment and discretion Understand and adhere to internal policies and procedures; stay aware of applicable laws/regulations (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act). Monitor financial crime trends and suggest enhancements to policies/procedures Conduct training on internal processes and topics; participate in projects and initiatives as required Skills You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; AML investigator experience in transaction monitoring and SAR writing or equivalent Knowledge of AML laws (USA PATRIOT Act) and regulations (Fed, SEC, FINRA) and their application to the product lines Understanding of complex banking compliance issues; ability to work independently and prioritize workload; experience in Correspondent/Private/Investment Banking is a plus Operational knowledge of USD payment systems (SWIFT, CHIPS, ACH, Fed Funds). Experience with third-party investigation software is a plus. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint Intermediate MS Excel (pivot tables, macros), strong internet research, and written communication skills; CAMS certification is a plus Skills That Will Help You Excel
